Refund & Return Policy

We aim to provide high-quality lifestyle products and complete satisfaction to our customers.
Returns
We accept returns only if:
- The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
To initiate a return, please email us at customercare.houseofshweta@gmail.com with:
- Order ID
- Photos/videos showing the issue
- Your contact details
Once reviewed, our team will confirm if the return is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Stationery products (calendars, planners, to-do lists, etc.) once used or unsealed
- Personalized or custom products
- Sale or discounted items
We recommend checking product descriptions carefully before purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is approved and the product is received back, we will process your refund within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment only.
- In case of COD orders, you will be asked for bank or UPI details for the refund.
Please note: shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer product exchanges. You can place a new order after receiving your refund.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not allowed. To cancel your order, please contact us immediately at customercare.houseofshweta@gmail.com with your order number.
Damaged or Missing Products
If your order is damaged or missing any item, please share unboxing video/photos within 48 hours of delivery. We will review and provide replacement or refund as per our policy.
